I was so stressed out and busy that I couldn't even bring myself to do my hair properly. Then, finally, I hit my limit. One of my beloved high school English teachers practically required us to dress up on test days because we would take ourselves more seriously and thus perform better on the test. I think it worked, even if it was just a psychological technique.
